About Imagery

Imagery covers about 300 acres across the lake from Latta Nature Preserve, with 483 homes, waterside trails and pocket parks, a pool, sports courts, a community beach, boat slips and activity cabins for everything from pottery to fitness (Imagery HOA). The land was once the Bechtler family’s Little Italy property, which is where all the artist street names come from.

Life on a golf cart in Imagery

Life in Imagery happens in the cabins. Instead of one big clubhouse, the amenity village is a set of restored wood cabins from the Bechtler family days: fitness and yoga, a library, a game room, ceramics, sewing and a meeting cabin that seats about 90 for parties and club nights. A golf cart makes hopping between them easy, especially when you are carrying a pottery project or a covered dish.

Down by the water there are five pocket parks, Sunflowers Point, Blueview Point, Picasso Point, Sunset Point and Four Seasons Point, plus Monet Beach right below the heated pool. Pack the cart with chairs and a cooler and catch the sunset at the point closest to you. Tennis and pickleball sit right by the lake too, and nearly 4 miles of trails wind along the shoreline.

With a full-time lifestyle director running classes, clubs and get-togethers, there is almost always somewhere to be. Our Mount Holly store is just across the river from you, so service and lithium upgrades are a short trip.
